WISHING YOU A WONDERFUL
HOLIDAY SEASON!
Dear Colleagues,
It is now ten months since our lives began to be transformed by this new disease - the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) virus - and Alliance members continue to demonstrate great resiliency and resourcefulness in responding to this threat. Along with addressing our core priorities, which include managing our personal lives and caring for our patients, we have achieved remarkable progress toward our research goals this year despite considerable operational challenges. Alliance committees have not slowed the development of innovative research protocols that address critical knowledge gaps, and, incredibly, our Member Institutions have kept Alliance studies in progress on track by enrolling patients on trials even with the additional challenges created by the pandemic.
As we move into this holiday season, I would like to take this opportunity to again THANK YOU for your hard work, dedication, and perseverance and to wish you and your families a wonderful holiday. If you’re able, please take some time to reflect, release, and rejuvenate. Here’s to you!
Warmest regards,
