Alliance Data Management Unit Consolidation

As a reminder - all Data Management for Alliance has consolidated to Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN effective September 1, 2015. Mail, fax and phone systems for Duke Data Management staff are no longer functional. Contacts for study-specific data management are listed in all protocols and on Alliance website (member side). Please do not send study data such as CRFs, query responses, etc. to Duke. Only inquires directly to statisticians should go to Duke.
