Holiday Closures - Happy Holidays!
May the holiday spirit be with you and your family throughout the New Year.
Have a safe and happy holiday season.
In observance of the upcoming holidays and employee winter break, Alliance and Alliance Foundation entities staff in Boston, Chicago, and Duke offices will be "out of office" December 25 through January 1. These offices will also close at 12 pm on Friday, December 22.
In addition, the Alliance Statistics and Data Management Center (SDMC) will be closed Monday, December 25 and Monday, January 1.
For the week of December 25, the Alliance Service Center (AllianceServiceCenter@AllianceNCTN.org) will be available for issues related to the Alliance website and Alliance information systems managed by the SDMC at Mayo Clinic. The AFT technical support desk (TechSupport@AllianceFoundationTrials.org) will also be monitored during this time.
Study-specific questions: For questions concerning protocol eligibility, treatment, or dose modifications, please first address these issues with your local principal investigator for the trial. If these issues cannot be addressed locally, please recognize that Alliance staff will check messages periodically December 26-30 and will respond only to messages deemed to be urgent.
Alliance Biorepositories will be closed on select dates, while McKesson's Clinical Research Services will be closed Monday, December 25 and Monday, January 1. For specific details, review the BioMS holiday schedule or contact the Clinical Research Services team at 800-693-4903 or clinicalresearchservices@mckesson.com.
