In observance of the upcoming holidays and employee appreciation time-off, Alliance/AFT/Alliance Foundation staff in Boston, Chicago, and Duke office will be "out of office" from December 24 through January 3. The Alliance Statistics and Data Management Center (SDMC) will also be closed Friday, December 24 and Friday, December 31.
During the week of December 27, the Alliance Service Center (AllianceServiceCenter@AllianceNCTN.org) will be available for issues related to the Alliance website and Alliance information systems managed by the Alliance Statistics and Data Management Center at Mayo Clinic. The AFT technical support desk (TechSupport@AllianceFoundationTrials.org) will only be monitored between December 28-December 30, and will be completely closed Friday, December 24; Monday, December 27; Friday, December 31; and Monday, January 3. In addition, all urgent Alliance roster issues should be sent to Roster@AllianceNCTN.org for triaging.
Alliance NCTN and NCORP study-specific questions: As noted above, Alliance Central Protocol Operations staff will be out of office from December 24-January 3. If you have a question concerning protocol eligibility, treatment, or dose modifications, please verify these issues are not possible to be addressed by the local principal investigator for the trial. If the issue is not resolvable by the local principal investigator, please contact the appropriate study chair, co-chair, or committee chair. Protocol Coordinator and other mission critical staff will check messages periodically December 27-30 and will respond only to messages deemed to be urgent.
Alliance Biorepositories will be closed on select dates, while McKesson's Clinical Research Services will be closed Friday, December 24 and Friday, December 31. For specific details, review the BioMS holiday schedule or contact the Clinical Research Services team at 800-693-4903 or clinicalresearchservices@mckesson.com.
