NEW clinical research Professionals breakout sessions for 2015 Alliance Fall Group Meeting
New changes are ahead from the Alliance Clinical Research Professionals Committee at the upcoming 2015 Alliance Fall Group Meeting (November 5-8) in Chicago, IL.
- Many sessions will be available by webinar for CRPs and others who are unable to attend the meeting. Details to follow soon.

CRP Information and Educational sessions will be shortened to two hours:
CRP Information Session: Thursday, November 5, 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm
CRP Educational Session: Friday, November 6, 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm - CRP Breakout Sessions will be offered to give CRPs an opportunity to choose topics most closely related to their line of work. Each of these sessions will be divided into one-hour breakout sessions. CRPs will choose from four presentations to attend (one from each one-hour break-out session). When registering for the Group meeting, select two sessions to attend on Thursday and two sessions to attend on Friday unless you’re attending the CRP Surgery Session Friday morning, which is a two-hour session.

Attendees are encouraged to bring examples to share for the "Making the Job Your Own: A Hands-On Workshop for Organization and Protocol Compliance with Your Examples" breakout session. Some suggestions include: a) how you track a patient from registration through follow-up; b) managing oral drug compliance; c) adverse event grading and attributions; and d) tracking dose reductions.
